THE FEAST MAKATI LEGASPI DATA PRIVACY STATEMENT recognizes its responsibilities under the Republic Act No. 10173 (Act), also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, with respect to the data it collects, records, organizes, updates, uses, consolidates or destructs from the Feast attendees and/or its light group members. The personal data obtained from this online survey is entered and stored within authorized information and communications system and will only be accessed by its authorized Committee members. It has instituted appropriate security measures to ensure the protection of the Feast attendee/light group member’s personal data. Furthermore, the information collected and stored in the portal shall only be used for organizing the attendees/light group member into their chosen light groups, and announcements / promotions of events and other activities organized by the Feast Makati District. We shall not disclose the attendee’s personal information without their consent and shall retain this information over a period of six (6) months for the effective implementation and management of Light Groups/Feast Activities.
